In 2023, I finally walked away from teaching to start Cali & Ko, because I kept running into the same thing: agencies that hand you a nice-looking post and call it done. I wanted focus on what is important for you business - What are you actually trying to accomplish? What's working, what's dead weight?
That's the whole C.A.L.I. Framework, and it's how I get to work alongside people in medical and dental aesthetics, law, wealth management, and luxury real estate.
When I'm not working, you'll find me outside with my two dogs (the inspo for the business name). Everything I do traces back to the same reason I quit teaching in the first place, I wanted more room to breathe, and I want that for every owner I work with too.
